Bible Centered Teaching

We are committed to teach God's Word with integrity and authority so that our students will mature in their relationship with the Lord (2 Timothy 2:15 ).

Federal Headship of Christ

We acknowledge Christ as the Head of the church and submit ourselves and all our activities to His will and good pleasure (Eph. 1:22-23).

God's Grace

We emphasize God's unconditional acceptance and full forgiveness through Jesus Christ. We want to encourage our students and staff to serve Christ from hearts of love and gratitude rather than guilt and condemnation (Romans 6:14; 1 Corinthians 15; Titus 2:11-14).

Christ Centered Self-Image

We are committed to helping our staff and students understand that their true identity is found in the person of Christ. (2 Corinthians 3:17-18; Galatians 2:20 , 4:19 ; 1Timothy 2:4)

World Missions/Evangelism

We are committed to the command given to us by Christ to make disciples of all nations. We believe that lost people matter to God, and therefore, they ought to matter to us as well. This includes the concepts of relational evangelism and evangelism as a process. (2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:4 )

People

We value our staff and student body and are committed to respecting and honoring them. We desire to encourage personal development in a gracious environment.

Godly Leadership

It is our desire to have godly men in leadership roles that have exhibited the gifts and abilities to lead the school both spiritually and practically. This includes the concepts of delegation, servant leadership, strategic focus, and intentionality.

Life Change

We believe that students and staff should manifest authenticity and yearn for continuous growth through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit in their lives (Phil. 1:6; Heb. 12:1-2).

Prayer

We depend on the Lord through private and corporate prayer for the ministry and activities of individuals and the school (Matthew 7:7-11).

Teamwork

We are committed to functioning together as a team, each fulfilling his respective role and responsibility. (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Cultural Relevance

It is our desire to be sensitive to other cultures while remaining doctrinally pure.

Sustained Excellence

Since God Himself is excellent and He gave us His best (His one and only Son), we seek to honor Him by maintaining a spirit of excellence in all ministries and activities (Col. 3:23-24)

Fellowship/Community

We believe that loving relationships should permeate every aspect of our lives, and believe that the students and staff be involved in one another's lives for the edification of one another in love. (Eph. 4:16 )

Staff Capabilities and Qualities

We believe that the staff should posses the appropriate capabilities and qualities for their ministry.
